Shipping, Prices, and Returns

General Information  

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Price Policy

We update our prices weekly, but due to the constantly fluctuating exchange rate, the prices you see on our website are not final. Once an order is received and a deposit is made, we will check with our warehouse to confirm prices and inventory availability. You will receive an email if any of the items have quantity or price discrepancies before confirming your order for final payment before it gets shipped to you.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Kindly confirm the items in the cart before making your payment.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to all addresses within Nigeria.

Order Confirmation and Packing Time

Once we receive your order and deposit, kindly give us 48 working hours to confirm inventory availability and prices. Once confirmation is made, an email request will be sent for the balance to be paid. Fully paid items will be packed within 48 working hours. You will receive an email with shipment tracking information once the process is completed.

Delivery Time  

An email will be sent alerting of you the delivery expected time and order tracking information. On average, our delivery times are usually between 2-3 working days depending on your location. Working days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that shipments on weekends are not guaranteed. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products usually arrive in one shipment package.

Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@iyaoloja.com and include images and many information as possible to process the problem as quickly as possible.
